Pre-Orders Policy
Orders that are placed specifically for a customer or orders that are pre-ordered which a customers decides for whatever reason they do not want, will be charged a 50% restocking fee for the product that was ordered which is not transferable to any other order or any other item. These items are ordered per the request of the customer and not for stock, this is the reason for our restocking fee.
Returns Policy
For all refunds/returns, you must notify M&Models within 7 business days of purchase.
We will refund unopened merchandise that is in "saleable" condition. "Saleable" condition means that the item is "unopened", in its original packaging, no seals are broken, and all pieces are present.

There is no refund on the PayPal fee charged for your order. All refunds will be less that amount.
If a customer does not provide us the proper mailing address, or other needed information to complete
the order, the PayPal fee will NOT be refunded due to the customer not providing the correct mailing
address or other necessary information.
There are no refunds/returns/exchanges, for decals, paint, magazines, or books.
There are no refunds/returns/exchanges, for merchandise that has been damaged, opened, and not in saleable condition.
The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable nor are the shipping fees to send the item back to us.
No item will be accepted as a refund/return without an authorization number provided to you at the time of approval for a refund/return.
There is a 25% restocking fee on all authorized refunds.
Merchandise that has been approved for return, must be received by us within 7 days from the date of approval.
Should you receive an item that is missing parts or is defective, we will refer you to the manufacturer to resolve the situation.
Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
Cancellations
When a customer cancels an order after payment is made, for any reason, the customer is responsible for any PayPal fees plus $3.00 for refunding the full order.
Combining Orders
When a customer requests we combine orders there is $3.00 fee for rerouting those orders to be sent as one parcel that will be deducted if there is a difference in postal charges from that refund. The customer is responsible for any PayPal fees and those will be deducted from the refund.
