Regulations on shipping hazardous items.  There are many items that are restricted from being sent by by air with USPS, FedEx, UPS or any other shipping company.  Those items which are sold by M&Models include, paint, glue, thinners, aerosols, and some washes.  Any such items that are ordered will automatically default  to ground shipping. 

Any packages that are returned to us due to customers failure to pick up their package at their post office, will not receive postage back should they ask for a refund.  A restocking fee of 25% of the product costs will be charged and the remainder refunded to the customer.

Ordering & Shipping within the 50 United States -  M&Model's policy is to ship USPS Priority and Priority Express Mail only.  This is to insure that your package will arrive safely and in good order within a few days.  

Ordering & Shipping Outside the USA - 
Currently our website is not set up for international shipping.  You can place your international order with us by sending an email to  Please include the item #, short item description, the quantity you wish to order, your full mailing address, phone number, and your PayPal email.  

Or you can place an order on our site, all fields must be completed, name, address, phone number etc., which will go into a shopping cart, notify us that you wish to purchase the items in the shopping cart. We will access your information there and send you a PayPal request for payment. You will need to complete the order form with your name, full mailing address  for postage calulation and your PayPal email address.

Packages Returned to M&Models Due to Customer Error
It is important that the name, address, and email you enter on your order is accurate and correct as that is the information used to create your shipping label.  We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error, be it name, number or street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or zip code.  It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure we get the correct complete name and address package is being sent to.  Should the Post Office return said package to us, the customer must pay postage back to them.  Should the customer want a refund for merchandise, we will deduct the PayPal fee we were charged and any other fee incurred due to the customer error.  Also, original postage the customer paid for shipment will not be refunded due to customer error if the customer requests a refund on merchandise.

All orders shipped outside the USA are sent exclusively by USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express, your choice, and are either insured or registered to secure the package is covered in case of damage or loss.
